Completed order are not allowed to change/refund and cancellation order.

Currently we don’t support adding to or removing items from an existing order. Please email us at with your order number and we will try to assist you the best we can.

We will ship out the order together with pre-order items unless customer request. An additional shipping fee may be charged.
